Refund and Returns Policy

At Kidzline, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience for your children’s needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Eligibility for Refund and Exchange:
    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
    • Refunds and exchanges are only applicable within 5 days from the date of purchase.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all refund and exchange requests.
    • Returned will be accepted only due to manufacturing error.
  2.  The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
    • Maternity wear items.
    • Items on sale or discounted.
    • Toys, books, and games that have been opened or used.
    • Items without the original packaging or tags.
    • Potty Training Items
  3. Refund Process:
    • If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 Business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
  4. Exchange Process:
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please bring the item(s) along with the original receipt to our store within 5 days of purchase.
    • You may exchange the item(s) for any other product(s) of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  7. Store Credit:
    • In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer store credit that can be used for future purchases at the kidzline Online store.
  8. Change of Mind:
    • Kidzline does not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased based on a change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before making a purchase.
  9. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
